This Privacy Policy describes how Rewordify (hereinafter “we”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use our web application (hereinafter “the Service”).
2. Data collected
We only collect the data necessary for the operation of the Service:
- Identification: email address (for creating and managing your account).
- Submitted content: texts that you submit for processing (temporarily stored, see § 7).
- Technical data: connection logs, IP address, browser type, device.
- Payment: we do not store your payment information.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes:

4. Advertising and marketing communications
With your consent, we may use certain data (e.g. your email address, in hashed form) to create advertising audiences on third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok).
5. Data sharing
We never sell your personal data.
- Technical service providers (hosting, maintenance, AI processing) strictly necessary for the operation of the Service.
- Marketing providers (e.g. Meta, TikTok) only if you have given your consent for targeted advertising.
- The competent authorities, if required by law.
If transfers outside the European Union are necessary (e.g. accommodation or service providers located in the United States), they will be governed by standard contractual clauses validated by the European Commission.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
7. Shelf life
- E-mail address: kept as long as the account is active, then deleted within 2 months after the account is deleted.
- Submitted content (texts): stored temporarily for the duration of processing, then automatically and irreversibly deleted.
- Technical data (logs): kept for a maximum of 12 months.
- Advertising consents: kept until your consent is withdrawn.
8. User Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
- Right of access and copy,
- Right of rectification,
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
- Right to object,
- Right to restriction of processing,
- Right to portability,
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time (for processing based on it).
